Factory 5 MKIII Cobra

The owner purchased this car running and driving, but quickly decided that it wasn't going to be fast enough for it's expected use.  The Cobra was built utilizing a 2001 Mustang engine/trans/differential, and many smaller parts.

The owner purchased a 351 (stroked to 427) and a Tremec TKO, and we got to work on the installation.  For driveability and performance, we installed a Holley Sniper EFI system, and modified a factory Ford Hydroboost system for power brakes and steering.  The front and rear suspension mounting points were modified for better performance on road, and on track.

The car can be now be found at local race tracks (Ridge and Pacific Raceways), or tearing up canyon roads in California!
